Q: DO I HAVE TO BE AN ATHLETE TO GET A MASSAGE OR CRANIOSACRAL FROM YOU?

A: Absolutely not! I work with any person that feels that my style would be beneficial to them.

Q: DO I HAVE TO GET UNDRESSED FOR THE MASSAGE?

A: CranioSacral Therapy is done fully clothed.

The style of massage I do uses oil so it is meant to be in direct contact with the skin and therefore undressing is preferable. You will be fully draped and only the part of your body that is being worked on will be exposed.

Sometimes there will be stretching as part of the session. Feel free to bring running shorts and a sports bra if you would like a lot of mobility and stretching work.

Q: HOW OFTEN SHOULD I GET MASSAGE OR CRANIOSACRAL THERAPY?

A: That depends on several factors. If you are coming in for an acute issue, once a week or every other week for 4-6 sessions “typically” is enough to get you to a more functional place. After that, you can move to a maintenance level which is typically every 3-5 weeks.
